Our chefs have the luxury of a choice of wonderful produce right on our doorstep. Cooking with local ingredients not only reduces food miles but also produces the freshest, most flavoursome dishes.
We’re proud to say our eggs are laid just a couple of miles from our door, our meat is sourced from King’s in Exmouth, our fish is freshly caught by Wright Bros in Brixham and our veg comes from Goosemore in Clyst St George.
Head Chef Paul Burn is used to cooking for large parties. Formerly the Head Chef for the Exeter Chiefs at Sandy Park, he also spent time in the same role at Newton Abbot racecourse.
He’s catered events for hundreds of people and even won ITV’s unsung hero of the Chief’s Rugby Team between 2007 and 2012.
