The Lord Haldon Hotel is a well-established venue experienced in hosting a range of conferences, meetings and events. Just 5 miles from Exeter and set in the Devon countryside, our function rooms overlook our peaceful gardens and have outstanding views of the surrounding area.

Whether you’re looking to book a small meeting or host a large conference, our dedicated team will work to ensure all your individual needs are met.

We provide equipment, free Wi-Fi and ample power points in all our rooms. We also have an experienced team of chefs who can cater for delegate lunches and corporate dinners.

The hotel has ample free parking with up to 100 spaces. Our Belvedere Suite and restaurant have wheelchair access to the ground floor only. Hotel bedrooms are all en-suite, with flat-screen TV, direct dial telephones and tea/coffee making facilities.

The Lawrence

For executive boardroom meetings of up to 10 people, this is a lovely peaceful room on the first floor of the Hotel with views over the Hotel gardens and Devon countryside. The room is on the second floor and is accessed via the Hotel Reception area.

The Belvedere

Ideal for formal dinners, wedding receptions, trade shows and large conferences. There’s natural light, a self-contained bar, dance floor, en-suite facilities and wide ramp access. Situated on the ground floor, there is direct access to the Courtyard. This room can also be divided to make a perfect meeting space for any group size.
